We are sorry that you are unhappy with your jewelry. Your opinion matters greatly to us, and we appreciate your feedback.

You have 90 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request a return.

Contact us at hello@daya-jewelry.com with your order number and return request.

Once your return request is approved, follow the return instructions provided by our customer care team. Please include your original invoice. We are not liable for returns lost in the mail, so please insure your package and save your tracking information.

Your return will be processed within 3–7 days of receiving it, and you will be notified when the return is complete.

All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they came in.
